THIS PRIVACY POLICY, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME (“POLICY”), GOVERNS THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU WHEN YOU ACCESS THE GENESIS MEDIA LLC (“GM”, “US”, “WE” OR “OUR”) WEBSITE (“WEBSITE”)OR YOU INTERACT WITH A GM-SOURCED ADVERTISING UNIT OR OTHER GM SERVICES OR PRODUCTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICES”), WHEREVER OR HOWEVER SUCH SERVICES ARE ACCESSED.
